Refund Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is required when scheduling any treatment and completing the necessary consent forms. This ensures your appointment is secured and helps us manage scheduling effectively.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please be aware that a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. If notice is not given, the booking fee cannot be transferred to another appointment, a new booking fee will be necessary for any future bookings. Thank you for your understanding.
